When will the invitation be sent?
The official invitation will be sent after the summer break, most likely in September 2025.

Where will the event take place?
Where are we going? Metaphorically: forward together. Literally: you will find out after summer.

What is the purpose or theme of the event?

With the Global Staff Event, we aim to reconnect, reflect and celebrate our journey as one global team. It is an opportunity to come together across offices, align on the path ahead and strengthen our shared culture – all in an enjoyable setting.

Who will be invited?
All permanent staff members will be invited. Due to the scale of the event, we will unfortunately not be able to extend invitations to consultants, interns and temporary staff members.
Attendance will be limited to staff members with an active, ongoing employment relationship at the time of the event.

The event is more than one year away. When is the cut-off date for inviting new joiners?
This detail is still being finalized and will be shared in due course.

Will this become an annual event?

No – we hold Global Staff Events like this only every three years, so don’t miss it!

Will the 2026 event replace the usual summer BBQ in Pfäffikon?
Yes, the 2026 Global Staff Event will take the place of the traditional summer BBQ.
